Exploring the capabilities of the human body has captivated me for as long as I can remember, although it wasn't until I discovered Circus Arts that I began to believe that the body was truly limitless and that anything is possible. In April 2015, I graduated with a Bachelors of Circus Arts from the world-renowned, Ecole Nationale de Cirque, where I fell in love with the continuous search for balance/equilibrium and the possibility to see the world from another angle...upside down on one hand. In an effort to balance the extreme physical and mental demands of training and performing, I studied yoga, meditation, pilates, and worked alongside some of the best physiotherapists & osteopaths in Canada. After realizing how beneficial these practices were to maintain the peak form required to push past my limits day after day, I pursued a 2-year internationally recognized Yoga teacher training program at Naada Yoga.

When my dreams were interrupted, due to an unexpected illness that left me bedridden, I learned once again how to transform and overcome my limits. Over the following 6 years of illness there seemed to be little to no hope of recovery, until finally, the puzzle pieces began to come together. After this experience, I realized the impact I could have helping people to overcome injuries and limitations so that they could feel their best and begin to dream again. With my extensive knowledge and understanding of the human body, my years of professional training & performing, the valuable insights I have gained through illness and recovery, and my passion for working with seniors, I am able to provide a unique and completely customized experience to each client based on their specific needs, lifestyle, and goals.
